In order to enhance the cohesion and create a united, cooperative, and courageous enterprise team, on April 24, the Marketing Center of MAKE organized a “thick accumulation, continuous growth in 2020” Themed team development activities.

Time: the first day

Location: MAKE Company, Zhuba, Dingshang Village

At 8 o’clock in the morning, all members of MAKE Marketing Center gathered at the door.

In this grouping, the players who reported the same number were divided into one group by reporting the number 1-4, for a total of four groups. After choosing the captain and the team name, soon, el “Thunder”, “Eagle”, “Charge” y “Wild Wolves” were formed, and everyone shouted the slogan of their respective teams with full enthusiasm Invest in the next training.

Walking 33km

Al principio de la marcha, por el camino, los socios del centro de marketing iban vestidos con uniforme y se formaban en fila. A medida que el viaje se hacía más largo, todos se iban cansando cada vez más, y poco a poco algunos miembros no podían seguir el ritmo del equipo. Un miembro de nuestro equipo arrastraba las piernas pesadas y los pies sangrando, liderado por el capitán y los miembros del equipo delante. Aunque podía rendirse en cualquier momento y subir en un coche cómodo para subir la montaña, decidió resueltamente escalar él mismo hasta la cima de la montaña. La noche está llegando, las estrellas parpadean en el cielo. Con la creencia de “nunca rendirse, nunca darse por vencido”, se animan y apoyan mutuamente en el camino, y finalmente caminan juntos lentamente hasta el final. “nunca rendirse, nunca darse por vencido” no es solo la creencia que cada integrante de nuestro equipo siempre mantiene, sino también el principio constante de MAKE Marketing Center.

Hay un largo camino, altibajos, llano y empinado, por el cual hay momentos amargos y dulces, risas y lágrimas. En esta actividad de senderismo, experimentamos la felicidad, el cansancio, el desafío, y la victoria juntos. No solo nos ejercitamos mejor, sino que también nos volvimos más firmes en el trabajo en equipo y la vida futura. Fe en ayudarse mutuamente, progresar juntos, y avanzar juntos.

Fiestas junto a la fogata, Acampando

Después de un día de caminata, finalmente llegó la esperada fiesta de la fogata. Con la fogata encendida, la llama roja se elevó hacia el cielo, llevando la atmósfera de la escena al clímax, y también indicando que MAKE será brillante en el futuro, a un nivel más alto!

Location: Aldea DingShang

“Be careful with your heart, hands and feet…” as the game of crossing the power grid is going on, the words of one voice of reminders continue to ring. In order to enable all members to successfully cross the power grid and let the team win the first place, all members of each group cooperate with each other and carefully help the team members cross the “line”. Although they occasionally touch the grid, they constantly try various “crossing” methods to cross the grid efficiently and quickly. The game of crossing the power grid not only makes us feel the importance of intelligent mutual assistance, but also reminds us to cooperate with each other tacitly in our daily work.

Climbing ropes, team power circle | “Faith, perseverance, dare to challenge everything impossible”

En el juego de escalar la cuerda, cada miembro del equipo necesita subir y bajar por una cuerda entre dos árboles. La cuerda parece corta, pero pone a prueba nuestra fe y perseverancia. Ante las dificultades, todos nuestros compañeros se atreven a desafiar, sin tener miedo a las dificultades, lo cual no solo refleja el nivel competitivo, sino que también muestra el espíritu de unidad y cooperación del equipo de marketing.

En el proceso de “team power circle” proyecto, al enfrentar el gran desafío de 4200 círculos, todos sintieron que no podrían completarlo al principio. Pero los luchadores del centro de marketing, con su fuerte voluntad y creencia, y con el aliento y apoyo de sus compañeros de equipo, siguieron insistiendo, y finalmente completaron el desafío con éxito. Although the members of the challenge squadron have been exhausted and even the palms of their hands have been blistered, the collective sense of honor makes us constantly break through ourselves, challenge one by one impossible, gain success in constant persistence, and temper our will in hard work.

As night fell, we also ended this short training journey. This outreach training is a wonderful process. At the end of each project, there is an insight sharing link. Through project participation, inspiration and experience are given. Although after two days of training, everyone was tired physically, but after a wash of mind, they were sublimated!

On the way back, everyone is still talking about the interesting things and feelings in the training happily, with endless afterthoughts… In the laughter, the team building activity of MAKE marketing center ended successfully.
